SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time: 
All orders are processed minimum within 1-3 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Elda Esther Jewelry LLC offers free shipping on orders over $150. To protect your jewelry package, all orders are insured via our secondary jewelry insurance shipping provider.
    * If a shipment is returned by the carrier to Elda Esther Jewelry LLC  after multiple delivery attempts, the original purchaser will be contacted and is responsible for the reshipping fees. Reshipping fees start at $20
    Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
    The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

  • Shipping Methods
    We ship all orders using USPS or FedEx, depending on the destination and shipping service selected.

    Insured & Signature Required
    For your protection, all jewelry orders are shipped fully insured and require a signature upon delivery. This helps ensure your order is delivered securely to the intended recipient.

    Delivery Time
    Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after shipment.

    Custom & Personalized Jewelry

    Custom and personalized jewelry is made to order and requires 10–15 business days for production before shipping.

    Because these items are specially made according to your specifications, all custom and personalized jewelry sales are final. These items cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or there is a manufacturing defect.

    Tracking Information
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.


Customs, Duties and Taxes:
 Elda Esther Jewelry LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Can I ship and Order to a foreign country?
 Elda Esther Jewelry LLC is available to do international shipping.
International Shipping:
For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes cost should any be incurred when shipping to your destination, at Elda Esther Jewelry LLC we do our best to deliver within the stated time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.
